The Lifelong Learning Program - LLP - is a large European education and training program. The program has a budget of ca 7 billion euro for the duration of the program, and it contains a range of different programs. The 27 members of the EU, the EEA countries Iceland and Liechtenstein, as well as Norway, Turkey, Croatia and Switzerland participate in the program. One of the programs within LLP, the Erasmus program, is aimed at higher education, and is the LLP program's flagship. The program enables staff and teacher exchange as well as student exchange.
